Iran’s Quranic Convoy Leaves for Medina

The second batch of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Quranic convoy to Hajj, called Noor Convoy left for Medina on Tuesday, September 17.
This batch included a memorizer, Hashem Soltaninejad and 7 reicters, Mohammad Reza Pourzargari, Houshang Yari, Hossein Pourkabir, Mohammad Reza Mohammadi, Hassan Mokhtari, Mehdi Nabati, and Iraj Rezvani.
There was also the Shamim-e Behesht (scent of paradise) Taawasheeh (religious songs) group made up of Ahmad Rahimifard, Mojtaba Aliabadian, Taha Kabiri, Mohammad Reza Ruhollahi, and Seyyed Mostafa Hosseini.
According to the Committee for Inviting and Dispatching Quran Reciters, the first batch of the Noor Convoy had left on Sunday, September 15.
The second batch, including Masoud Enayati-Moqaddam, Hamid Reza Ahmadi-Vafa, Seyyed Hamid Reza Moqaddasi, Seyyed Habibollah Tajzadeh and Abbas Masoudi will be send to Makkah.
