Nurul Yaqin Mosque of Indonesia in Pictures

The Islamic Center of Nurul Yaqin Mosque in Palu, Indonesia, is a minimalist and serene structure that blends with the water and nature.

Designed by Jakarta-based architects Dave Orlando and Fandy Gunawan, the mosque uses concrete, brick, and blue terrazzo to create a simple and elegant space for worship. The prayer hall has ornamental vaults and slits that let in natural light and air, while the terrazzo floor symbolizes endless prayer.
