US Impeding All Solutions to Syria Crisis
Speaking at a rally in northern Lebanon, the senior Hezbollah official said Washington supports Israel and makes moves to prevent the crisis in Syria from being resolved.
He also said the US supports the remnants of Daesh (ISIL or ISIS) terrorists present in areas east of the Euphrates in Syria.
Since the start of the civil war in Syria in 2011, the US has been, implicitly or explicitly, backing terrorist groups in the country.
The US and its allies have been bombarding what they call Daesh positions inside Syria since September 2014 without any authorization from the Damascus government or a UN mandate.
The strikes, however, have on many occasions resulted in civilian casualties and failed to fulfill their declared aim of countering terrorism.
