Imam Hassan (AS) Birth Anniversary to Be Celebrated

A ceremony is to be held at Tehran’s Mahdiyeh religious center to celebrate the birth anniversary of Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS).

The program, which is slated for tomorrow, August 15, will feature a speech by Hojat-ol-Islam Ali Samari and Mehdi Samavati will perform eulogy songs.
Starting at 9:30 P.M. (after Iftar), the ceremony will be broadcast online at www.mahdiehtehran.ir.
The second Imam, Hazrat Imam Hassan Mojtaba (AS) was the eldest son of Imam Ali (AS) and Hazrat Fatemeh (SA). He was born in Medina on 15th Ramadan, the third year after Hijra on the lunar calendar.
