Quranic Manuscripts at Hazrat Masoumeh Holy Shrine
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The museum of the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Masoumeh (AS) holy shrine in Qom, Iran, holds a unique collection of Quranic manuscripts.
Some of the manuscripts in the collection date back to the early centuries after the advent of Islam and many of them are invaluable in terms of the artistic features used in scribing and decorating the copies.
