Specialized Quranic Course Underway in Najaf
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Quran Teaching Center of the Astan (custodianship) of Hazrat Abbas (AS) holy shrine has organized an educational course on the phonetics of Arabic language in the holy city of Najaf, Iraq.
According to Al-Kafeel website, the course has been held in line with the series of Quranic programs organized by the center’s branch in the city.
It is a complementary course to those held previously by the center for Quran teachers and reciters.
Kareem Al-Zubaidi, an Iraqi Quran expert teaches the course, which is being held two days a week.
The principles of Quran reading, Tajweed principles and the correct pronunciation of Arabic letters are among the themes of the course.
