Role of Quran on Human Salvation to Be Discussed
An international conference titled “Quran, Mankind and Development” is scheduled to be held on May 23 in Morocco.
According to alquran.ma website, the conference will be organized by Morocco’s Quran Studies Center affiliated to Muhammadiyah Association of Scholars in Kenitra in cooperation with the country’s Human Sciences and Literature College.
A number of experts and intellectuals from different countries including Morocco, Algeria, Egypt and Turkey will be in attendance to the event.
Ahmed Ebadi, an official with Muhammadiyah Association of Scholars, said in a statement that the conference will be held with the aim of studying the role of the Holy Quran on Mankind’s perfection and civil development.
Also, an exhibition of Quraic works published by the association will be mounted on the sidelines of the event.
