Quran Week Underway in India
TEHRAN (IQNA) – The Quran and Etrat Deputy of Iran’s Culture and Islamic Guidance Ministry has held a Quran Week in Hyderabad, India.
It was launched in Hyderabad on Saturday with the participation of Quran and Etrat Deputy of the Culture Ministry Abdol Hadi Feqhizadeh and other officials.
The Quran Week involves different programs, including a seminar on “Indian and Iranian Quran Commentators (interpreters)” and an exhibition of Quran manuscripts and Quranic products.
There will also be Quran recitation sessions in different mosques with the participation of Iranian Qari Seyed Mostafa Hosseini.
Iranian Consul General in Hyderabad and the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization cooperate in holding the programs.
