Quranic Festival Planned for Moscow

TEHRAN (IQNA) – A Quranic festival is planned to be held in the Russian capital of Moscow in March.

According to Iranian Cultural Center in Russia, it will be organized on March 24 as part of the Mosque Open Day initiative.

The Grand Mosque of Moscow will host the Open Mosque Day event.

The Muslim Clerics Department of the Russian Federation, Russian Muftiat Council, and a number of volunteer movements will cooperate in holding it.

On March 24, the mosque will turn into a venue for cultural, educational and multi-faith programs for followers of different faiths.

The Open Moauqe Day programs will include workshops and question and answer sessions about Islam.
