The Book Al-Qadir by late Allameh Amini is a collection of sayings from prominent Muslims figures from the first to 15th Hijri centuries.
This is according to Hojat-ol-Islam Mohammad Hossein Mashkouri, director of the Khorshid (sun) Center ( the first center for prmoting the teachings of Qadir and Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh through the media) while speaking to IQNA.
He underlined that studying this great book, which is full of Hikmat (wisdom) wil help to promote unity among Shia and Sunni Muslims.
He quoted the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Imam Khamenei as saying that the Qadir issue is not a Shia issue only, but one of the entire humanity and a clear path for mankind.
Hojat-ol-Islam Mashkouri said Allameh Amini has compiled in an 11-volume book the sayings of all religious scholars and figures who have talked about the event of Qadir in the past centuries.
He said the work by Allameh Amini proves that Qadir belongs to everyone as all of the sources used in this book are Sunni sources.
Hojat-ol-Islam Mashkouri regretted that Al-Qadir is a great source that needs more attention and its teachings should be extracted and spread.
He further pointed to the activities of the Khorshid Center, saying that it was founded with the aim of spreading the teachings of Qadir and Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh via the media.
He noted that the plan for founding the center was discussed with seminary scholars and experts for three months before it got operational.
Hojat-ol-Islam Mashkouri added that in its first phase, research was carried out about the media and media addressees as well as the grand book Al-Qadir.
He stated that as a result of the research, a software package has been prepared about Al-Qadir, which will be available in two months.
According to the director of the Khorshid Center, the second and third phases of the plan, featuring media training and culture-building at the public level, have also stated through different programs such as the Safar-e Asemani (Divine trip) educational course, and promoting the culture of holding Qadir prayers.
He said the fourth phase, which will take three years to complete, will include production of text, audio, and video content for the media.
Hojat-ol-Islam Mashkouri went on to say that all of the produced works will also be translated into different languages by students of Al-Mustafa International University.
He added that after Qadir, other Shia teachings such as the Seerah of Imam Ali (AS), Hazrat Zahra (SA), Imam Hassan (AS), Imam Hussein (AS) and other Shia Imams (SA), will be the theme of the center’s activities.
