Sahifah Sajjadiyyah, the valuable book by Imam Sajjad (AS), has been translated into Japanese language with the cooperation of the Iranian Cultural Center in Japan.

According to IQNA’s branch in East Asia, the Japanese copy will be soon published with the aim of introducing the noble teachings of the Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) to the Japanese society.

Sahifah Sajjadiyyah is regarded as the oldest prayer manual in Islamic sources and one of the most seminal works of Islamic spirituality of the early period. It is also known as Sahifa-e-Kamila, Sister of the Qur'an and Psalms of the Household of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).

It is a collection of supplications and whispered prayers composed by the great-grandson of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) including supplication for the coming of the holy month of Ramadan, and supplication for bidding farewell to the holy month.

Imam Sajjad (AS) has also supplications in hardship, for well-being, for parents, for neighbors and friends, for people of the frontiers, in seeking needs from God and for good outcomes, etc.
